Cedar Valley's Online Purchase Return Policy

At Cedar Valley, we take pride in providing high-quality, delicious products. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases made through our online store.

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and shipped, we are unable to process cancellations, returns, or refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order that is damaged in transit or if you were sent the wrong product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery at info@cedarvalleyselections.ca. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect items. We will review your request and determine a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Cedar Valley is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control. However, if your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you.
