What You’ll Need:
1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1 tomato, diced
1 avocado, diced
1 cup shedded cheese
1/2 cup prepared salsa
1/2 cup sour cream
Avocado Lime Dressing
Tortilla chips, crushed into smaller pieces
Directions
1. Cut/dice all vegetables/fruits (yes…tomato and avocado are fruits!).
2. Add vegetables, fruits, beans, and cheese to a bowl. Add your Avocado Lime Dressing to taste and mix well.
3. Once mixed, top with crushed tortilla chips, salsa, and sour cream.
4. Dig in!
