Shipping Policy

Overview

Flat rate shipping fees are applied to all orders placed online. These fees vary depending on geographic location. Currently, shipping is only available within Canada.

All orders are shipped via couriers; primarily Canpar, FedEx, and Purolator. Tracking information is valid through the individual courier’s online tracking systems. Delivery notifications may not be sent upon delivery of your order. P.O. Boxes may not be a valid shipping destination. Transit times are estimates and based on business days and are never guaranteed.

Free Shipping is only offered on orders over specified amounts in select Provinces/Territories due to high shipping costs. Shipping rates per Province/Territory are as follows:

Ontario: $11 flat rate on orders < $75.00, Free shipping on orders > $75.00.
Quebec: $13 flat rate on orders < $75.00, Free shipping on orders > $75.00.
Manitoba: $15 flat rate on orders < $75.00, Free shipping on orders > $75.00.
BC: $21 flat rate on orders < $85.00, Free shipping on orders > $85.00.
Alberta: $21 flat rate on orders < $85.00, Free shipping on orders > $85.00.
Saskatchewan: $21 flat rate on orders < $85.00, Free shipping on orders > $85.00.
Nova Scotia: $21 flat rate on orders < $85.00, Free shipping on orders > $85.00.
New Brunswick: $21 flat rate on orders < $85.00, Free shipping on orders > $85.00.
Newfoundland and Labrador: $29 flat rate on all orders.
P.E.I.: $34 flat rate on all orders.
Yukon: $39 flat rate on all orders.
Nunavut: $39 flat rate on all orders.
Northwest Territories: $39 flat rate on all orders.
