Roasted Asparagus with Vegan Caesar dressing

Ingredients:

  • Asparagus
  • Salt 
  • Black Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • Lemon wedges, for garnish
  • Cedar Valley Selections Vegan Caesar dressing

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. To prepare the asparagus, snap the ends. 
  3. Arrange the asparagus on the baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle Olive Oil. Sprinkle salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  5. Coat the Asparagus well with the oil, salt and pepper.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and then drizzle Vegan Caesar dressing. 
  8. Garnish with lemon wedges. Enjoy!
