Ingredients
• 6 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
• 4 oz. light Cream cheese
• ⅓ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
• 2 Garlic cloves
• 1 tbsp Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• ½ tsp dried Oregano
• ⅛ tsp Black pepper, freshly crushed
• 1-2 tbsp Parsley or Chives, chopped – for garnish
• Cedar Valley Sea Salt & Black Pepper Pita chips, to serve
• Other serving suggestions: Red Bell Pepper, Cucumber, Carrots, Celery – cut into strips.

Method
1. In a food processor, add ⅔ of the feta, cream cheese, greek yogurt, garlic cloves, lemon juice, dried oregano and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
2. Transfer to a serving bowl. Sprinkle the remaining ⅓ feta, parsley or chives.
3. Serve with Cedar Valley Sea Salt & Black Pepper Pita chips. Enjoy!
