Edamame, Avocado and Pesto dip with Classic Spice pita chips

Fall in love with this hearty dip made for the perfect chip!


  • 1 cup frozen shelled Edamame, thawed
  • 1 medium Avocado, cut up
  • ¼ cup chopped Green onion
  • Juice of ½ a lime 
  • 1.5 tbsp Basil pesto
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cedar Valley Selections Classic Spice pita chips (to serve)


  1. In a food processor, add edamame, avocado, green onion, lime juice, pesto, salt and pepper. 
  2. Blend until well combined and nearly smooth. Keep covered and chilled until ready to serve. 
  3. Garnish with more edamame, green onions  and serve with Cedar Valley Selections Classic Spice pita chips.
