4 chicken breasts

1 Tbsp sea salt

1 tsp pepper

1 cup all purpose flour (or GF blend)

3-4 Tbsp olive oil

1 medium onion, chopped

1/2 cup of Lemon Garlic Dressing

1 cup of heavy cream

1/4 cup chopped parsley

3 lemon wedges

1. Slice chicken breasts in half lengthwise and pat dry with a paper towel. 2. Mix the salt, pepper, and flour together, and coat your chicken in the flour blend. 3. Heat your olive oil in the skillet on medium-high just until you see it start to smoke a little, then place your chicken in. 4. Pan fry for about 5-6 minutes per side. The internal temperature should be 165 degrees F and the outside of the chicken should be brown and slightly crispy. Once the chicken is done, temporarily place on a dish. 5. Using the remaining juices in the pan (add more oil if needed), place the chopped onions in the skillet and sauté them until they are soft and start to become clear. 6. Add chopped parsley and sauté for 1 more minute. 7. Next, pour in 1/2 cup of Lemon Garlic Dressing and simmer for 2 minutes. 8. Then, add in 1 cup of heavy cream and heat through. 9. Place your chicken back into skillet and spoon the sauce over top to really get the flavours into the meat. Simmer for about 3 more minutes. 10. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve with rice and/or asparagus or your sides of choice!
