Fall in love with this hearty dip made for the perfect chip!
- 1 cup frozen shelled Edamame, thawed
- 1 medium Avocado, cut up
- ¼ cup chopped Green onion
- Juice of ½ a lime
- 1.5 tbsp Basil pesto
- Salt and pepper
- Cedar Valley Selections Classic Spice pita chips (to serve)
- In a food processor, add edamame, avocado, green onion, lime juice, pesto, salt and pepper.
- Blend until well combined and nearly smooth. Keep covered and chilled until ready to serve.
- Garnish with more edamame, green onions and serve with Cedar Valley Selections Classic Spice pita chips.
